Shipping Policy

--Our Free shipping method is only for available for RD TECH in house products when shipping USPS regular first class.
--All other shipping methods will need to be specified by contacting us and you will be charged the appropriate additional shipping fees.
--A handling fee may be charged if the shipment needs special attention. (such as huges boxes, special foam boxes, and other non-common shipping)
--Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

--We ship in the continental USA only.  International orders, please email us first as we dont service all areas.
--If International shipping is available, International customers will be responsible for any export or import fees.
-- RD TECH will not ship to a PO box, APO/FPO and other military station.
--RD TECH reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s).
--Any shipments sent back to RD TECH because it couldn't be delivered, does not constitute the right to a credit. Second shipment requires additional payment to cover the cost of shipping.
--It is the buyers’s responsibility to make all arrangements with RD TECH for the refused shipment.
-- RD TECH does not promote returns and does not provide returns but in the case that we do, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned Items.
-- Selecting another Carrier does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date.
--If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will ship out the correct package when we receive incorrect package (or we will ship out the package if we receive a tracking number for the returned wrong package).
Shipping cost, incurred on your part, will be refunded to you. You must contact us within 24hrs of receipt to make this claim.
--All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly to ensure that the package will not be damaged in transit.
-- Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier.
-- All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier. ( Only if you purchased insurance. We encourage the purchase of insurance)
-- Please keep all shipping cartons and packaging for carrier inspection.
-- RD TECH will not initiate any claims with the carrier for any purposes. Claims for missing items or damaged shipments must be made within three working days of receipt.
